The team has no need for your bank card number, your login credentials, your passport copy, or any other identity document to answer a question about a review. No legitimate request from this site will ever ask for those items, and no response you receive here should prompt you to hand them over elsewhere. If a message appears to come from this team requesting such material, treat it as fraudulent and do not comply.
Language and reply times
Correspondence is read and answered in English. The team writes back in English as well, so a message in any other language may take longer to process or may not receive a usable reply. Keep the message concise and state the specific review or page it concerns, since that is what the team can act on.
Turnaround is not fixed. Replies arrive as quickly as the team can work through incoming messages, but no response time is guaranteed. If your matter is urgent, the form is not the right route for it.
